Well, where do I go ahead? There is so much happening in the two weeks that I now hierbin that I already can not remember everything, write what I wanted. ^ ^;;
The people are super nice and welcomed us very warmly. There is a club at the university, who calls himself Sputnik and handles the exchange students. They have everything possible organized for us: welcome party, BBQ Hanami Party they help us in purchasing a mobile phone (there are recently some restrictions for foreigners) and join us with important administrative procedures and stuff like that. And they were, who picked us up from the airport and shown to our apartments. We would be lost quite nicely without them.
We have already settled in pretty well. Meanwhile, even the lessons started, and I'm grad to see it myself a couple of courses I can show next to my language courses. By the end of the week I must have decided what courses I take. Bad thing is that most all-year courses are one semester only and do not go with us as usual. I was hoping I could be a few interesting sounding courses I can not attend this semester, next semester to make.
What am currently irritert total Japanese footwear. The girls squeeze themselves into shoes that my eyes were watering from the eye-catcher. oO Okay, this is in Germany not necessarily different, but here it is on very real, if almost all the girls more lag on the campus as they go. They carry all so petite Sandälchen with more or less high stiletto heel. I've never seen no girl that could even remotely normal run with it. Most of all terrible things kitschy lacquer decorated with sequins, bows or frills (or equal to all together) coupled with socks or Knee-length stockings. German men are not the only people who wear socks with sandals. ^ _ ~
But I love the store opening times here. When I think of Sunday night at 10 that I absolutely need something to read, then I can just place in the Book Off to the corner and dig me because your heart's content through the shelves. Hach and the manga are so cheap here! I've Harudaki 11 in 1A state for the equivalent of not even one euro displayed (and bought, who can resist?). I landed in paradise! *___*
